After a very busy season I am back to blogging. I wanted to post on our spring break trip to Seattle. We had an amazing time seeing friends and hitting up our favorite spots. We enjoyed coffee, farmers markets, conversations, and happy hours. My favorite part of the trip was seeing James. For those of you who don’t know he was the little boy I took care of during our final year in Seattle. Everyone wondered whether or not he remembered me. My questions is, can a baby remember someone after not seeing them for almost a year? I don’t think a child consciously remembers a person, but maybe they recognize a persons face, smell, or voice. Whether or not he remembered me it was such a joy to see him and to have his tiny arms wrapped around me!
